As a former MFI, we have first-hand knowledge of the enormous needs for technology in the financial inclusion sector. Given our backgrounds in technology, we believe that we can make a significant contribution towards these needs.
Our team is comprised of Silicon Valley software professionals. We also have 3 years of hands-on experience running a small MFI in Mali and Burkina Faso.
Dreamstart Labs has been using Mifos X for several years to manage the operations of their MFI in Mali and Burkina Faso. They were one of the beta users for Mifos X, helping to shape the initial requirements for the individual lending module.
We will be developing an Android app for savings groups, closely integrated with MifosX.
